Hoping this book helps my suffering
I've been poorly with this condition since May 2016, I was a very fit & healthy lady until I picked up a virus which wouldn't go & left me with ME / CFS. Until then I exercised for 35 years non stop, running, powerwalking, aerobics, working out with weights to Karen Voight, 10 - 12 hours per week in all weathers, now I'm in bed 24 / 7.
