Cheap and cheerful
Handy brushes for the kitchen and my man cave, cheap and cheerful and do the job. Some of the tufts were missing, hanging loose when I unpacked them but a blob of gorilla glue fixed that. Never bought yard brushes before but I now have two: one with softer bristles and the other with stiffer bristles. They’re lighter than expected but I’m over 70 so they suit me fine. My previous outside brush was one my father used and it broke in half (the head) and was beyond repair. If I had to sweep streets I might need something more substantial but for me they’re perfect. Pack of soft and hard bristle brushes.
I bought these because I wanted a narrower brush, 10" in this instance. I'm impressed with the quality, especially considering they cost £9.79 for the pair with shafts. That includes delivery. Another consideration is that unlike plastics, once they wear out the coir is compostable, and the shaft can be reused too. The soft brush is perfect for laminate and tile. I'm using the hard brush outside to deep clean mats. The coir does not have that static cling that plastic bristles do. One minor point, make sure to push the shaft in until it stops wobbling, then nail it. I recommend this pack for quality, and would buy again.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Well made, sturdy product. Smooth handle, good quality brush heads, Delivered as two handles and two brush heads, one soft, one hard. Very easy to put together, remove pins from brush heads, put handles into hole making sure the handle is firm and all the way home. Use a 2mm drill bit and drill through the hole in the brush head and inserted end of the handle, put the supplied pin into the hole and hammer home, job done and ready to use in minutes.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Just like they used to make... SOLID!
After getting through metal broom after broom from Wilko with the screw handles keep disintegrating at the screw within the year I gave up on screw handle brooms! I had looked everywhere for an affordable solid wooden broom, £30 each they are at garden centres! My dads old wooden broom lasted around 30 years & was solid. These brooms are exactly like the one my dad owned! They feel absolutely solid, they have nailed in handles, you have to nail it in yourself, takes seconds!!! (the screw handle brooms also keep coming unscrewed every few minutes of use no matter how tightly screwed in.)
