Apart from the appealing recipes the content is totally Charming and Captivating (as is Raymond) all the way through... I found it extremely uplifting ... filled me with happiness! Amazing how a recipe book (such as this) can be so inspiring! JOY of JOYS if one of these days I could take myself off to The Four Season and indulge ...
