Great Woodworking Book For Beginners
The writing in this book is great because it does not patronize the reader. Instead it uses correct terminology with basic explanation accompanied by some superb and easy to follow diagrams. The illustrations remind me of growing up in the 1980's reading almost anything that had diagrams and pictures with a person doing the craft and engaging me because of it. This book shows everything from the basics of accumulating important tools and what type of wood is good for a particular project to wood preparation, joinery, painting and much more. Great reference for woodworking beginners!
I am very pleased to say that this book arrived swiftly and in excellent condition. (I didn't think it would have a dust jacket!) I have to say that I was not surprised by the quality of the content as I had borrowed this book on more than one occasion from my local library.
