Excellent for research. UK Brass rubbings.
This book is a historical catalogue of rubbings of brasses and incised slabs in the UK. It was originally created by the V&A Museum in London. First printed 1915; this edition 1979. It takes a few minutes to understand the order of the book (in my view its missing a master index page at the start). The various listings by date are excellent - but take care - there are separate sections for male female and children. Excellent for research.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
