This Book's Good Enough for Carol McGiffin so ...
Carol McGiffin on Loose Women said that she had used this book as a sort of bible to healthy eating. As Carol M is not an overweight person I rushed to purchase a copy. My wife and I both strive for healthy living and have scanned our way through the pages of this book. It's definitely well worth a look. Recommended.
