a really good sensible book which discusses society views of body shape and what is actually a healthy shape...there is no perfect shape (thank god for that)! Sensible eating and diet is the only way to be healthy and happy, fad diets dont work. Well written. Small bits of info so easy to digest (pardon the pun!!). Recommended
This book is more than I expected it to be. It's thoughtfully written and is full of common sense. I was actually surprised that it contains recipes as I was not expecting that. They are normal, everyday food recipes too!! Overall, this book speaks like a normal person and not at all like some smug thin person telling you off!! I would (and am going to!) recommend this book to my friends!
