Excellent tribute to a major film director.
A sumptuous book covering the life and films of possibly Britain's finest director, compiled by his last and sixth wife. Beautifully illustrated with photographs and reproductions of posters, letters, etc. The author has done an excellent job with assistance from Lean's friends and colleagues, although she has possibly overdone the inclusion of photographs of herself, often in provocative poses, although this is a minor gripe.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
