Great research and text ruined by restricted gutter (inner margin).
The physical construction of this paperback prohibits easy reading. This is because the designer did not heed one of the fundamental rules of layout: remember the gutter (inner margin). The reader has to force the book open at every page just to read the beginnings or ends of lines. Not at all satisfactory.
