Great Book
This book is fairly recent and it's content is excellent. An ideal introduction to the subject and perfect for my daughter who is starting her nursing diploma in Uganda and is planning to become a doctor one day. By buying fairly recent medical text books we are building an excellent library of text books to aid her studies. Buying books like this and taking them home to 'Africa' is a very cost effective way of building up a collection of necessary reference material. Even if these books were not for Uganda I always try to buy preowned books not just for the financial savings but also for the reduced environmental impacts. From every perspective it makes sense.
