Good recipes, sometimes very funny notes, authentic Southern US state voice
Touching photos, historically very interesting, and the recipes (the few I've tried so far) work very well. (Finally, I have found out what succotash actually IS; it's pretty nice, too.) There are some very funny notes and anecdotes in it too, and the Southern accent is plain throughout. Would be of great interest to experimenting home cooks or enthusiasts for US American cookery. Brilliant

As for service and value etc, excellent
