Excellent for 14+
Gripping story from beginning to end. The community in which Jonas lives seems perfect but throughout the book a very different, dangerous and life-threatening secret is revealed. Because of the content I wouldn't give to anyone below 14 years of age. I teach year 6 literacy and, in my opinion, it's unsuitable.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned
