I was desperate to stop smoking due to health issues and read some reviews but couldn't believe what I read. But I decided to give it a go. It came as a book with a CD enclosed I didn't read the book just played the CD once before going to sleep. The next morning got up and went about my morning routine not thinking about smoking when I did think about it I had a strange feeling of not wanting to smoke and didn't smoke. That was nearly a month ago and I am definitely a non smoker now. Everything that was said in the hypnosis CD actually happened. I did not want to smoke and felt like a non smoker from day one, no bad moods, urges to smoke or weight gain. I don't usually write reviews but I am honestly amazed at how I have just stopped smoking after years of being addicted to the nicotine.
