Good bike for a good workout.
The Schwinn 170 Upright Bike is a product I purchased for my spouse, since I usually run and she prefers to work out in our home. The product is very user friendly, so she does not have reservations about working out. I have gotten on the bike a couple of times, and I like the way it allows you to determine the intensity of your workout. Since my legs are more accustom to riding (in addition to running, I cycle outdoors), the bike allowed me to "crank it up" to a level where I would experience the appropriate workout resistance.
