I have found this book to be a valuable resource to me as I try and shift the excess weight for good. Rosemary provides some really good tips and exercises as well as encouraging the reader to think about their eating habits and offering practical solutions to change them. The simplistic recipies are both tasty and not too expensive! One of the main things that put me off diets in the past were the complicated recipies that cost a fortune. This I have found to be the complete opposite. I bought this book alongside one of Rosemary's fitness DVDs and I am starting to notice a difference after a couple of weeks. I am combining healthy eating with plenty of enjoyable exercise, it doesn't have to be a sweatout down the gym!
