Delia has sadly,recently seemed to have taken a back seat in contemporary cookery-this is the 2nd copy of her Complete Cookery Course I have had as the first one , a paperback, has fallen to bits after so many years of use. Unfortunately the book had no sleeve and the pages are stained. You can tell it has been well used But I did have this book before but it got lost in a move.
