Great Teas Made
Lovely item It is easy to use once you pay attention. Mastered the tea now function but couldn't get to make tea on alarm .until we discovered we d got it on alarm only. Which now makes sense ,the button with a clock and a cup of tea should of given it away . Would recommend and I'm now looking forward to a lovely cup of tea in the morning with my alarm makes a lovely hot cup of tea and I'm glad my husband decided to buy me one as an early birthday present. Faults
I understand it is reconditioned item with some guarantee etc. But the "detector switch for the "tea pot" is too strong....need to put a pound coin in the recess to make sure it will work. I am thrilled with my Swan teasmade, I can't agree with some reviews , that say blue clock light is too bright, I think I think it is fine. The teasmade itself is easy to use and easy to set the clock and alarm. It is lovely on these cold mornings to wake up to tea already made for you. I would recommend this teasmade to everyone. The item does what it promises and looks smart at the bedside.
Good looking, efficient hot water boiler. We don't like the blue light from the clock face so I fitted a click switch about one foot down the power lead se we can totally turn off the machine when we are trying to get to sleep. This means we cannot use the alarm function, but as we have other devices for that purpose it does not matter It would be a good idea if the manufacturers added an on/off switch for the clock light which is quite a bright blue..
