  • Training this way lessons time with results

    A trainer I know told me of this book !! He knows about resistance training and runs his own Gym. Resistance training gives better results in far less time than the normal longer periods. I have started these exercises on his advice and it's proving successful. Although I'm in the early stages of training I can recommend this book to other people thinking of starting to train. You will need advice but give it a try.
