Have her original You Are What You Eat book which is compelling reading. It makes you think about your diet and therefore helps you make informed choices. I then bought the cookbook which reiterates a lot of what is in her original book but with delicious, healthy recipes You do have to source a lot of the 'new' ingredients but that is the whole idea of the book - to change your eating habits for the better.
