The emphasis throughout is on natural ingredients, with easy-to-follow instructions. Filled with tips, this book also advises on how to incorporate this natural style of eating into everyday life, without any real effort.

well presented value for money
lots of interesting and different recipes for gluten intollent patients there are not enough books that offer relvant and safe alternatives to wheat flour.

Very good and informative book.
I bought this book as recently discovered that I have an intollerence to wheat. I found the book very informative, and with a variety of recipies too. I highly recommend this book, and it gives a lot of information.
