Surely Dickens would be proud of this version of Victorian life
I have had the first two series of 'Bleak Expectations' for several years, and enjoyed listening to them, but it is only recently that I have obtained Series 3. It was like being reacquainted with old friends. The characters are so clearly defined, the voices so different, and the plot lines so delightfully eccentric I shall certainly obtain the final series. The writers, Mark Evans and the producer, Gareth Evans should be congratulated in maintaining the high standard of comic humour that they set previously.
