Books damaged, one book missing, packaging very poor.
These books arrived a few days later than expected, but that is understandable in the current situation, the packaging was a single layer of thin brown paper which had ripped substantially and Royal Mail had had to put it in a plastic bag to stop the contents falling out of the packaging. One of the books was missing and the books were slightly more bashed up at the edges than expected, probably due to the poor packaging used in the parcel.
