Product Information
This is a replacement exhaust manifold kit for BMW vehicles. Made out of cast iron, the manifold has two MPNs: 11622248166 and 11627788422, and is not a classic car part. It will be suitable for use with BMW 3, 5, and 7 series vehicles, as well as the X3 and X5, and will be a useful replacement part should original steel manifolds crack. Great replacement manifold kit
Good quality kit. old stainless one had cracked in 4 places and was loosing power due to under boosting turbo. Quite easy to replace for anyone with a bit of knowledge and is a direct replacement and no modifying needed it bolts straight on. This manifold is THE ONE for the M57
I had a power loss when hot in my E46 330d M57N due to a small crack on the oem manifold, also fumes inside cabin. This is the manifold that should have come from the factory as it will last forever. Excellent bulletproof quality, finish and perfect fit for a fraction of the cost the stealer asks for the oem that will crack.

Excellent quality replacement at a fraction of the poor quality original!
Hi I had the standard fumes in the cabin on my X5 3.0d and had heard about the X8R replacement kit and couldn't believe the price and quality it's lightyears ahead of the original item. Mine had cracked it at least 10 places, after watching a video of the manifold replacement online 3 hours later it was fitted and the problem solved. Everything you need is in the kit and definitely worth the money. I have attached some photos of my original to show the poor quality compared to the X8R replacement.

Closer to perfect
The 3x Exhaust manifold to turbo bolts (equivalent to 11652243402) was different like on the pictures. It was imbus 8mm size. Not so good for a 50 NM torque place and the lenght is shorter than the original bolts, so I need to bought in the local dealer. Other parts was good!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Perfect replacement
You never know what your gonna get! Fortunately this kit is almost perfect Manifold is spot on, where it bolts to the turbo housing is just a bit thicker than the original so I found I needed slightly longer bolts. Luckily I had some titanium ones knocking around Apart from that, couldn’t fault the product Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
