Helps my legs!
I have MS and I take the oil to help stiffness in my legs, before I started taking it my legs were stiff and they were very heavy as my legs have been numb since 2008! It has eased of and feels a lot lighter! As with taking anything you won't notice a difference until 2 weeks of taking it morning and night! I definitely glad I started taking it!
