Probably for hardened earwax only.
From reading other reviews, this seems more successful in resolving problems with hard earwax rather than the softer wax I'm experiencing. My ears are blocked to the point I'm practically deaf in one and the addition of this oil simply made the wax even squishier and blocked them even more. I can see how this oil WOULD work in breaking up hardened earwax but I'd give it a wide berth if you're experiencing the softer blockage.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
