New Betty Crocker
I would have preferred regular bookbinding to ring-clipped pages. That was the trouble with my old one. The pages became detached with use over the years and then got lost. With the new cookbook received,the first page was detached already, on receipt. Too bad.

My mother used this cookbook, although there was one recipe I had hoped to find but was not there, a spiced peach cheesecake recipe. I will still have to keep looking. Many recipes brought back fond childhood memories.
