CULINARY DELIGHT IN YOUR POCKET.
I have loved this book for years. I could not be more delighted to have found a copy in "pocket size". The articles are clear, as are the pictures. The recipes are easy and delicious. I could waffle on for hours but would bore my readers. That would be a terrible thing to do to the book which has delighted me for so long. Most inappropriate!!! So let me simply say: "The best guide ever!" and leave it at that.

Nice little book you can take on walks. You might have to double check certain plants with a better quality photo in another book, or do a foraging course. Some plants can look very similar and have very similar flowers.

I bought the original when first published snd hadn’t appreciated this edition was pocket size. This could prove useful as the original lived on a shelf.
