As an experienced practitioner of the Chen Man Ching style of tai chi as an instructor, I find this book of interest . While it contains elements of CMC style, it also has elements of other styles while remaining a coherent set of exercises. I have found it very useful as a short routine and will be using parts in my classesin future. I would recommend it to beginners as well as more experienced exponents of the art. Very useful for health aspects.
