Tragedy is best served cold
If you need action movies don't watch this film! But if you enjoy the interdependence of individual characters and the places they find and create The Love of a Woman is for you.The films of Jean Gremillon avoid drama, which is created for an audience, and the evolution of a situation effected by its own internal relations. The latter is now a rare delight.
