Solid and properly engineered product.
When it comes to egg slicers like this. it is a superior product to many others you will find on ebay. It is a sturdy product, not out made out of cheap plastic and the cutting wires are true like a well strung guitar or harp. I have had many egg cutters in the past and opted for this one given previous reviews. The bracket is well made and unlike some stainless of other plastic ones where the wires go wobbly, this is still as good as the one my mum and Dad have from the 1970's.
