we love it, it stores the ice, in our opinion it is not noisey, i like that it has the bullets as opposed to pellets, the ice is not a really "hard"

Love the Little Ice Machine

Not happy with it
The item arrived broken in its original packaging. The lid pivots are too flimsy and were broken it transit. The packaging was poorly designed as there was no outside damage to the box. Also the plastic cover for the lid was broken and loose in the box.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished
