Best knife on the market, safe and easy to use, power cord is heavy duty and offset blade is great.
I looked for several day and watched numerous videos of various electric knives. This is the best one for us and it replaces a GE knife that is over 40 years old and still works but you can tell the motor is getting weaker with age. When we first used it, the difference was amazing. It's more powerful and so much quieter. It has all the safety features and the blade is offset so you can cut easier. It's easy to remove the blade and the power cord is so much heavier and longer.
