Excellent features
The sound quality is excellent, easy to set up, and nice design. At first I wasn't sure how this would fit in my ear with just the earbud because I wear a hearing aid but I figured I could use the hook as well, but pleasantly surprised that the medium earbud fits nicely in my ear without the hook. My previous headsets have had retractable booms which makes them small and compact but it is usually what ends up breaking. The price is the only thing that I don't like about it. Platronics Voyager 3200 Edge
My 2nd refurbished Platronics Voyager. Buttons work a little different from my old one which worked outstandingly. However, with this one sometimes the assistant is heard, sometimes is not. The best Bluetooth headset I have found.
This is actually my second one since the first was destroyed at a commercial clothes washing service. Anyway, I've owned the Voyager Legend style as well but after a year or so the rubber membrane that covers the wire that goes over the top of your ear begins to crack and it is just about unusable. This model works great and it's only drawback is the shorter battery life which is still good but to make it last longer I recommend that you leave it turned off until you receive a call. Just turn it on as you out it in your ear and it will automatically answer and you can then go about your call. Glasses fit just fine with this headset and the range is also very good. I can easily get 50 ft. away and listen to streaming audio from my phone that is still in the truck. The noise cancelation is also top notch and who ever you are talking to won't hear much except for your voice. Plantronics seems to be the only maker of Bluetooth headsets that keeps on innovating.Verified purchase: YesCondition: Refurbished

Awesome unit - I keep 3 extras incase I loose them.
I have been using this product for many years. Keep buying it when I loose them. I have used others but nothing compares to this one. I work in the field with my hands and it is very easy. I have 3 of the same units. one in my car as spare and one in my office. Lately, I have lost 3 of them due to wearing masks and taking them off sometimes the bluetooth flies away. Awesome Product.. Although the ear piece can be a bit large for some it comes with options to change out the rubber covering included with the blue tooth which makes it comfortable and convenient.
