My new favourite hair dye!😍
This is my second time using Manic Panic and oh my god I love it. If you want a blue hair of different shades, this your go to but to be warn this dye is strong and easily dye your skin. Don't worry it will wash off with a few days, you will end up with a colour neck though during night time in bed. You will need to wear gives every time when washing your hair, it will leave a stain your hands.

Covers hands in blue dye if brushing or tying up if out in rain or goes swimming rain it's all over clothes and face etc . Not very good at all on my hair at all
