Worth it and rewarding, just got to give it a shot!
I actually bought this mask because of this whole pandemic situation and I have to admit I’m almost mad for not doing this way before. So since I needed a mask and wanted to continue training I figured why not kill two birds in one stone? So I found this training mask. I was pretty skeptical myself just like most ppl but I have to admit within the first 2 weeks I noticed the difference. This thing actually teaches you how to breath and walk at the same time as funny as that sounds. Highly impressed at how much this product can take my training to the next level,there’s levels to this thing and only you can determine how far it can take your training to! Love this mask. Pros- the hype behind the mask is def real. Different from other advertised masks. Fits good,it’s comfortable just make sure you get right size Cons- a little pricey, for that much maybe more straps should be included. Especially since these masks are being used for training the sweat from your face gets consumed thru the straps so you have to keep washing or live with a funky smell if that’s your kind of thing. So maintenance on the straps are mandatory. This is a great buy
I felt results right away. The little that i used it so far i improved my stamina quick. Not shocking but i can tell difference but then i barely started using it. Its true what we do. When we are tired we gasp for air. This helps you control your breathing so you can recover quicker. Imagine doing intense training and not gasping for air. Thats what this is trying to do. This version 3.0 is worth the extra price. You can change elevation or difficulty whatever you want to call it with a little dial knob.
