Relief come in many forms
I would indicated that everyone who uses there embroidery machine on a daily bases, should have a lease to spares on hand. While in the middle of a large order, my multi-needle machine began to have issues. After examining the machine closely, I could see that the knife was no longer cutting the thread. Instead it was breaking the thread, causing the machine to indicate there was a wiper error. This can become very frustrating when your in a hurry. This part fill the bill exactly, after installation, my machine returned to normal operation. I can not express the relief I felt, being able to complete the large order and continue on to the next project. Again do not purchase one, keep two around, so if one becomes inoperable you have a spare to use while ordering two new one.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
