I've always fancied a tasty tarte.
This Tarte Tatin dish is excellent. It has a good depth so that the caramelisation of the apples and sugar doesn't need to spill over and the finished dessert has a nice thickness. The pan is made of thick aluminium and shows no propensity to buckle when heated on a hob burner. So far no negative criticisms!
