Not for me.
A good quality made razor but I found that with my facial hair, the combination of the comb design and no blade gap meant hairs were getting pulled and not cut making the shave very uncomfortable. My face doesn't suit open comb DE razors so I stopped using it and got an aggressive closed comb razor instead which was better for me.
