Condition:
After one hour rub over the surface with a soft fluff free cloth or buffing machine to obtain a uniform finish and remove any excess sealer. Do not apply in direct sunlight. On rougher surfaced floors it may be prudent to use an appropriate surface sealer as well.

Duck tiles
Although the product spec for the matt tiles I bought stated that they don't require sealing, it seemed counterintuitive, since they absorb water, and were intended for a bathroom. This product not only enhances the appearance of them, but repels water like a proverbial duck's back.
