Why I chose this type of battery
I have struggled with the so called maintenance free batteries, that seem to fail after a year or two and when I have opened them up there is no electrolyte in them, so, I dont see how they can work or really be expected to work. This battery however will be full of electrolyte for its whole life because I can top it up. So I wait to see how it goes, it all appears to make sense to me. I am an electro-mechanical engineer with 50 years on the tools and I really cant see any other way forward. So a thank you to the supplier for stocking this type and giving me the choice, and, I hope I have made a good choice.
