Was reluctant to spend so much on a humble toaster, but glad I did. A proper quality product, easy to use and great results. Extra wide slots which will take teacakes as well as bread, and the pop up feature to check on browning without switching off is a great feature. No regrets!

This is my second Dualit toaster and I wish that I had kept the first one instead of donating it to a young friend. I needed a toaster which could accommodate thick bread, crumpets etc so bought this newer model. It is not as robust as my previous Dualit and I doubt it will last as long. I am still trying to work out the settings for frozen bread which are naturally different to new bread. I have also found that crumpets tend to burn on the edges. Perhaps I need more practise. Not sure it is worth the fairly high price.
