Does the job.
I like this product and it works perfectly well. However, when you take it apart for cleaning, the outer steel body feels flimsy. Maybe this is because I am used to one of the heavier cool wall style fryers. Having said that, it is easier to keep clean than the plastic walled fryers which you can't take apart. excellent larger capacity fryer
THis is certainly bigger than a normal 3 litre fryer which is exactly what I wanted, but it isnt too big, it is well made and has plenty of room to fry two decent sized fish at the same time. heats up quickly and is easy to control and use. If youre like me and cook for the whole family and find it difficult with a normal sized fryer then this 6 liter one is ideal. Does the job

Have used this about 3 times. It's got a hard plastic handle and a ledge to drain the oil of the basket, was easy to put together. Once handle on properly it's very sturdy Looks good and easy to clean. The lid fits nicely too. I have used a friend's cheaper on and was a bit scared of it.
