I happened to check the ingredients of supermarket bought coconut milk and was horrified to see a list of artificial ingredients. Then I decided to search organic and all natural coconut milk and found Biona. Very happy to see that it contains only organic and natural ingredients. I have used it in curries and soups so far - it tastes lovely ! I shall bug again.

I like the fact that the organic Biona coconut milk remains relatively liquid at room temperature and that after I have given it a a good shake and dispensed into my glass milk bottle that it remains as a creamy thick liquid in the fridge :-)

It's hard to find pure coconut milk nowadays (+ water) so I'm really glad Biona do it. Yes it's expensive relatively, especially if no one stocks it near you. But delicious, wonderful to cook with, and definitely worth it!
