    I got diagnosed with bpd and the doctor gave me no advice on how to cope this book gives amazing explanations on how to deal with different topics. Its planned out really well and the exercises that follow really help.

    This was actually purchased as a gift for my daughter who has BPD and an eating disorder. She struggles with many situations and emotions and I really wanted to do something to help. The fact that she has a degree in Psychology can be quite unhelpful, as anything too simplistic doesn't really work for her. Having done some research I knew that this type of approach was known to be helpful for people living with this awful condition. I'm happy to say that she really liked the book and finds it very helpful
