Takes a bit of time to getting to understand how much pressure to apply to the wheel, once you have mastered this, you will be surprised by the results you get. My chisels were in a poor state and I required to move a lot of metal from the tip, I used this and finished them off on on oil stone. I was amazed at the result I got. Good value for money, gets a really good edge on drill bits and chisels. I haven't used knifes or scissors on it yet. All in all I recommend this machine.

Seems a lot for the price. Not that easy to sharpen a drill but might get better with practice. Although I have not used it much I suspect the 'stone' will not last long as it appears to be a metal forming with emery stuck on.

After years of sharpening drills, knives, scissors and chisels on a twin wheel grinder, this is a much easier and quicker way to do the job.

After I had worked out how to set the drill bits to be sharpened........ note the user manual could be more use if it was in larger type.......smaller drills are impossible to sharpen using the drill mount, so I made an attachment for smaller drills. But on balance, well worth the effort.
