Perfect for small spaces
There are just two of us. Our home kitchen is small, and we often go camping. This little gadget is handy for both home and camper. It makes great hamburgers, fluffy pancakes. and I even make grilled cheese in it. (It's round, so it squishes the corners of the sandwich bread and the finished product looks like a cat head with pointy ears.) I have yet to try eggs, but I imagine they would work really well too. It is nice to have a few minutes to work on other food prep without having to worry about flipping a burger or pancake, and I like that there are no greasy splatters that come from cooking in a pan. It heats up quickly, wipes down easily when I am done, and takes up very little storage space. For the price, I am very happy!Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

The Dash Electric Griddle is okay. Just the right size to cook one egg, which is how I use it. The griddle does not have on/off switch; you plug it in and wait a minute or two for the light to go out. Pour beaten egg in and close lid. Cooks quickly; about a minute for an egg. The cooked egg will raise the lid a little; when that happens disconnect the plug and use a silicone spatula to lift egg. Wipe clean with paper towel.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Love it, surprisingly fast to fry burgers.
Brilliant for making a quick egg cheeseburger! It fries the burger really quickly, put it on the burger bread, slice of cheese while you fry the egg. The lid is a little low, so use a small egg, or break the egg. Easiest way to clean is a little water on the bottom plate, and wipe with paper towels using kitchen tweezers. I didn't really the description, I'm used most things be rated for 110V - 240V. This is only 120V. I cut off the original plug and fitted a standard Euro plug. It works very well, but I always use a timer socket and never leave it unattended - just in case. But to fry a frozen burger and an egg takes around 8 minutes, so no big deal for me. I ended up buying 2 more, one for work and one for the workshop.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
