Might work for you but it made no difference to my moles.
I tried putting it in the runs and scattering it on the surface but it seemed to make no difference to the mole activity. My dog liked the blood content to the extent that I had to bury the stuff to stop her licking the lawn.

This is one of many humane mole repellents I have used and to be fair none of them really solve the problem as the mole seems to get used to product over time and consequently return.
