Really good but needs enhancement
We bought three of these track kits for doors in a garage conversion in the New Forest. The general quality of the kit is good but the instructions leave a lot to be desired. Our main concern is that there is only one soft close unit included with each track rather than the two which are really necessary. Additional ones at £45 from the same seller - prohibitively expensive! There's no provision for replacing the track carriages when they wear out which is optimistic but I reckon they'll need refurbishing every few years. Straightforward to modify the tracks to allow for this but no coverage in the "instructions". Some of the screws provided are of dubious quality but standard sizes so no problem to substitute. So, to sum up, this is a very good kit but you'll need some creativity to make a superb installation from it.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

include all the necessary to fix the slider.
It was not until the item arrived that I realised it was for an upper ceiling/timber fixing. I needed to install the item to a wall. This meant searching for special brackets which fit to the top of the rail to allow wall fixing. This was not made clear on ordering and people should be aware. I am happy to pay that bit more to have the wall fixings included. As it was, I paid an additional £15.00 including postage to get the fixing brackets and also delayed my installation. It also meant go to another supplier to get them. The track itself is very good and all fitted well in the end, but with this missing item I wish I had gone for another make. Great track system
This is a quality product, and very easy to install. Used it to replace an existing track that was a cheap bearing system that had fallen apart. This system is well designed with the running gear inside the track, also bought the Pelmet brackets and used contiboard to make the Pelmet to finish the job off.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New

Just a little mod and they are brilliant
This is a well engineered product. It is easy to mount the extruded track section, remembering first to insert the end stops and runners. It is easy to adjust the height of the doors. All good so far. I did not like the lower guides that I would nit screw to my laminate flooring, and opted to fit aluminium channel to the bottom of the doors, with guide blocks mounted on aluminium angle screwed to the skirting boards. This modification will not rub against the outside surfaces of the doors with the potential to cause damage. Fitting tip
Well engineered door track that is exceptionally quiet. Has pre drilled top fixing holes and brackets available as extras for wall fixing. Fit a piece of 3x2 to the wall to mount the rail on and you then have perfect fixture to take a pelmet.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
