    Clear and easy to understand full of brilliant recipes

    I absolutely love this book and have given copies as presents. Basic and many unusual recipes. Written in such a way, giving ideas and encouragement to use what you have. Use what you have been given. Use what you can forage or find. Over the years I have worked my way through many of the recipes and gone back to lots. Definitely recommend if you enjoy making jams, juices, chutneys.
