Graet Product and easy to use.
The product has good instant grab and you can adjust your work for about 15 minutes. Just the right consitency , not too runny or too thick. Can wipe off excess with soapy water or white spirit. Used to relay parquet flooring . No strong smell either. Highly recommended for smaller projects or repairs.

Excellent product
I installed a floating solid wood floor using the appropriate underlay on a concrete base, but didn't like the slight spongy feeling as the underlay compressed slightly when walking over the floor. I took it all up, chucked the underlay away, and stuck the boards directly to the concrete using the recommended batten technique. Result - an absolutely solid feel to the floor with no creaking. I imagine you could use this adhesive for a wide range of building projects.
